My first MRI was a pleasant experience. From the time I scheduled the appointment to the handling by Nancy, the MRI technician, and finally to the prompt reading by the Radiologist. If I ever require another MRI I would only go to Medical Imaging of Northbrook Court for the exam!

Medical Imaging of Northbrook Court is the embodiment of a state-of-the-art, full service imaging office. I was able to easily and conveniently schedule multiple appointments for a mammogram, a bone densitometry, and a SmartScore^TM (Heart Scan). The front desk, technicians and physician were all extremely professional, kind and efficient. I loved the upscale décor of the office, the peacefulness of the waterfall in the waiting room, the soothing piped-in music and having my very own changing room. I felt like I was in an exclusive health spa! What I appreciated the most, however, was being able to speak to Dr. Mintzer immediately after my exams were completed. I left the office without feeling any angst because I didn't have to wait for weeks to hear the results.

I can't wait to tell my referring physician and all of my friends!

Recently, my daughter had a bad reaction to a TB test. The pediatrician wanted to repeat the exam in four months. In spite of my misgivings about repeating the test so soon, I was afraid not to have her retested. My worst fears were realized when her forearm was once again blown up and red. Her doctor wanted her to have a chest X-ray and I told him that I would only go to Medical Imaging to have it done. The staff could not have been nicer. My daughter was so afraid, but your staff calmed her down. What was so amazing, however, was the fact that you took the time to meet with me to tell me that my daughter was fine. Our health crisis was solved because we came to your office and got the test results immediately instead of going to the hospital or acute care center where we would have had to wait for the results.
